The Role

SDRs play a critical role in driving the growth of Ceros and serve on the front line of enabling Ceros to help and inspire other companies. Our mission to unlock creativity and help businesses successfully transform their digital experiences reaches many of our future customers by the direct outreach and relationship built by the efforts of our SDRs. 

Functionally, this role is focused on collaborating with SDR Managers, Directors of Sales, and Sales Enablement to ensure projects the new business team are tackling get completed in a timely and efficient manner. In this role you’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of our CRM (Customer Resource Management) System, as well as cross functional collaboration skills with both management as well as individual SDRs on the team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding and comfort level working within our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with SDR Managers to learn our product, target personas, and target industries we sell into
  • Work in tandem with SDRs to assist with the building of qualified lists of prospects for outreach
  • Assist management with administrative tasks 
  • Research, research, research
  • Project manage initiatives the new business team has in progress

Practical things we anticipate you having: 

  • 0-1+ years of professional experience
  • Organization and Tracking Skills - attention to detail
  • Discipline and Focus - self-motivation, dedication, and comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Strong Communication Skills - both written and verbal
  • Coachability - willingness to learn, practice, and improve critical skills

Location

Ceros employees live and work all over the world, but our HQ is in New York and we’ve got offices in London and Prague.
