We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to join our Content & Partnerships team at Snap Inc! As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will support the Content & Partnerships leadership team by building and managing a portfolio of strategic, operational and organizational improvement initiatives.
Working remotely, you will fully immerse yourself in structured problem solving, data analysis and developing compelling, synthesized insights that accelerate progress toward our business objectives and strategic priorities of the Content & Partnerships leadership team.
What you’ll do:
Provide a structured approach to solving complex and ambiguous business issues.
Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively.
Develop compelling, insightful recommendations.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams, influence leadership decision-making.
Develop clear, concise memos to communicate recommendations and next steps.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong research and analysis skills.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong organization, presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to track, prioritize and successfully execute on multiple concurrent projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
A passion for learning, professional growth and knowledge sharing.
A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing a MBA or Master's degree.
Experience in business strategy, planning or operations.
Experience at a management consulting firm or high-growth, global organization.
