  • Administer Google Workspace, JAMF, Notion, Slack and Zoom, maintaining accounts, groups, policies and configurations with user and security impact in mind
  • Set up and support meeting-room AV, including Google Meet hardware or Zoom Rooms, and troubleshoot audio, video and connectivity issues
  • Run identity and access across onboarding, role changes and offboarding, supporting SSO and provisioning and applying least privilege alongside system owners
  • Manage the US device lifecycle and asset inventory, from procurement and shipping to repairs, returns and secure offboarding with our hardware and logistics partners
  • Support endpoint security and compliance by following established controls, helping triage security alerts and keeping device and account configurations secure
  • Improve how IT works by documenting processes and runbooks, spotting repeat problems and implementing practical fixes

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bring 3+ years in IT support or administration, including service-desk practices and end-user computing
  • Know Google Workspace and JAMF well, and work confidently on macOS and Windows
  • Show familiarity with collaboration tools and meeting-room AV
  • Diagnose issues methodically, find root causes and know when to escalate
  • Apply SSO, least privilege, endpoint security, data privacy and secure device handling in your daily work
  • Prioritize your workload, follow through reliably and document your work clearly
  • Collaborate effectively across time zones, with fluent English

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • Adyen+, a significant monthly cash benefit to spend on whatever matters most to you and your wellbeing
  • Flexible, unlimited paid time off and 11 public holidays every year
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage: we pay 100% of the base plan cost for you and 90% for your dependents
  • Build your savings with our 401(k) plan, including a 50% company match on up to 6% of your compensation
  • Pre-tax FSA and commuter benefit accounts for transit and healthcare expenses
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, plus 4 weeks unpaid, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents
  • 100% company-paid life insurance of 2x your salary (up to $525k), short- and long-term disability coverage at 60% of pay, and full pay during FMLA leave through an Adyen top-off
  • Annual all-company gathering at Adyen’s headquarters in Amsterdam, plus regional team events throughout the year
  • Opportunity to connect in person at Adyen offices across 29 locations worldwide

The estimated total compensation for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, though actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.
