What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled and service‑oriented IT Manager to lead and support the hotel’s technology environment while ensuring systems reliability, security, and performance. In this role, you will oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and support services that are essential to hotel operations and the guest experience. You will serve as a trusted technology partner, aligning IT strategy with business needs while driving operational excellence across all systems.

What You’ll Do:

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Ensure the efficient operation, availability, and security of all user endpoints, servers, printers, UPS devices, network equipment, and telephony infrastructure.

  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate operating system, application patching, and anti‑virus updates across all property systems.

  • Maintain system backups, server images, and data restoration processes to protect critical business information.

  • Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all hardware, software, and licenses.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of all IT equipment, MDFs, IDFs, and workspaces.

Hotel Systems & Guest Technology Support

  • Provide subject‑matter expertise and support for hotel business technologies including POS systems, PMS interfaces, high‑speed internet, FTG/VOD, and telephony systems.

  • Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all technology services that support hotel operations and guest experience.

  • Lead support for connectivity of data and telephony devices across local and wide‑area networks.

Collaboration, Projects & Vendor Management

  • Partner with Regional IT Leadership and Corporate IT teams on planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

  • Engage vendors and third‑party service providers to identify, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and performance issues.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and contractual obligations.

  • Oversee IT equipment provisioning, user access, role assignment, and secure disposal of retired assets.

Governance, Compliance & Financial Stewardship

  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to hardware, software, and licensing.

  • Provide oversight for incident, change, and control management processes.

  • Assist with management of IT operating and capital budgets, supporting effective cost controls and financial planning.

  • Deliver timely responses to administrative requests while demonstrating a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.

Availability & Operational Support

  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.

  • Maintain 24/7 availability in the event of critical system failures that impact hotel revenue or guest service.

Other Responsibilities

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Four‑year college degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of IT Management experience, preferably in a large, fast‑paced hospitality environment.

  • Experience with virtualization and hyper‑converged technologies.

  • Relevant technical and business certifications.

  • Strong knowledge of server infrastructure (hardware and software).

  • Expertise in user endpoint hardware and software, including desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Working knowledge of network systems including switches, routers, and access points.

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and services, including directory services, DNS, and DHCP.

  • Knowledge of PMS systems and interfaces, as well as Retail and F&B POS platforms.

  • Excellent problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $88,000.00 to $110,000.00.
