OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented College Intern to join our Digital and Information Technology team. In this remote role, you will be a part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering IT Finance Solutions that streamline and enhance financial processes within our organization. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of technology and finance, working alongside industry professionals to support the design, development, and implementation of financial systems and applications.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of financial principles and IT systems; familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with complex data and systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on challenges and learn new concepts.
- Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices is desirable.
The target compensation for this position is anticipated to be $20 per hour.
