The U.S. Wealth Management Content team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the execution of digital roadmap deliverables. They will help leverage AI to further streamline content production, optimize editorial workflows, and automate personalization and platform optimization.

As a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Product Manager, Vice President within the U.S. Wealth Management Content team you will partner with Product Owners, Marketing, Technology, Design, Analytics, Legal, and AI transformation teams. You will possess strong collaboration, organization, and tracking skills, as coordination with partners is crucial to deliver a world-class integrated digital content experience for wealth management clients and prospects. In addition, you should have an interest in digital marketing, media, AI, and content publishing along with possessing outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an underlying passion for digital engagement. Showcase your expertise with writing business requirements, managing roadmap deliverables, and analyzing data is a must, as well as experience in audience development and user research. 

Job responsibilities

  • Create and manage business requirements, detailing specifics of the project scope 
  • Partner effectively with technology, design and architecture to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements
  • Build, track, and provide visibility into the project plans and on the completion of the Content roadmap deliverables
  • Execute on high visibility projects to build an integrated digital content experience
  • Provide data reporting and analysis. Analyze trends to inform roadmap strategy, work with data & analytics on opportunity sizing of roadmap items
  • Conduct user research and testing to develop target audiences


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management experience; Bachelor's Degree


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills


  • Experience in writing requirements 
  • Expertise in designing processes and workflows
  • Experience with digital project execution and management
  • Comfortable conducting data analysis independently – Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Excel
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Figma or other design collaboration tool 
  • Proven track record to manage tight delivery timelines and execute with calmness under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility with different types of tasks and unforeseen, ad-hoc projects
  • Ability to be a team player and/or individual contributor
