Position Summary

The Junior Account Executive will assist and support the operations of the Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Managers on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn and develop a good understanding of the overall sector and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist account managers with pulling together proposals and become proficient with Rapport planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectives

· Develop proficiency in key media measurement tools (ie. Geopath) to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs

· Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents

· Build an understanding of the financial/operations framework to effectively work with the finance team on billing requests

· Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all OOH formats currently available

· Begin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetings

· Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their specific area of expertise

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Desired Skills & Experience:

· 0 to 1 years’ experience within media or related fields preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a readiness to work in a collaborative environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Superior attention to detail and quantitative skills

· Eagerness to learn and receptive to constructive feedback

The salary range for this position is posted below.
