The firm emphasizes practical, business‑savvy legal solutions, offering clients a collaborative partnership aimed at helping them strategize, grow, and resolve complex business issues.

Salary range:

Awaiting Admission - $80k
Admitted - $90K - $130K

Services range from:

  • Employment law and employee benefits
  • Intellectual property, trademarks, and trade secrets

  • Healthcare law and regulatory compliance

Are you the trusted advisor, confidant, and friend of your client?  Are you ready to make your mark on an organization and join a partnership track? The firm is looking for a passionate, energetic junior associate to help us continue to revolutionize the legal industry. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and is eager to tackle diverse legal challenges, this is your chance to join a team that’s making a real difference.   If you want to hear from your clients what we hear from ours – that they love us and hiring us was their single best business decision – this firm is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion & Drive: You love the law and are excited to grow with us as we continue to expand.  You understand how to show clients that you love them.
  • Client-Centered: You communicate with clients clearly and effectively—no jargon, just solutions.  You are thoughtful in your approach to helping them achieve their goals.
  • Adaptable & Self-Motivated: You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and taking ownership of your work.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You work well with a team, sharing knowledge and working together to get the best results.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You're ready to expand your skills into new practice areas and think outside the box.

What We Offer:

  • Growth & Opportunity: Expand your practice across multiple areas, from employment to IP to corporate law, and collaborate with a team that’s redefining client service.
  • Competitive Compensation: If you bring a book of business or develop one here, you will enjoy a competitive base salary and 15% revenue share on the clients you generate—forever (for as long as they are a client).
  • Culture: A tight-knit team that celebrates innovation and collaboration. You won’t just be another attorney—you’ll be a key player in shaping our future.

What Makes Us Different that Sets You Up for Greater Success:

  • Practical and Strategic:  We are not just attorneys.  We are individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who understand business, and we limit our advice to what is practical and achievable for clients.
  • Business Acumen: The billable hour is a mirage.  We offer flat-fee and retainer-based arrangements, allowing us to be unbound by the clock.  In certain instances, we offer flat-fee arrangements and retainer-based billing in litigation.
  • Business Development:  We value the special skills required to excel at business development, and we provide unparalleled support to help you achieve our business development goals.

  Preferred Attributes

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a small, resource-efficient environment.
  • Ability to work as a team-  We really mean that.
  • You could be someone who has passed the bar and is awaiting admission
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with non‑legal leadership.
  • Practical, solution-oriented approach rather than academic legalism.
  • Good communication skills

Step into a modern legal practice where innovation replaces red tape, and your legal judgment—not the billable hour—defines your value
