The Junior Designer will support the Associate Creative Director and the broader Creative Team in producing thoughtful, strategically aligned, and visually compelling work across a wide range of initiatives. This role requires strong visual thinking, hands-on design skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate creative briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts that align with strategic objectives.
Support the development of design solutions across campaigns, marketing materials, digital and social content, events, presentations, and print.
Produce polished, client-ready assets with a strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
Build visually compelling presentation decks that communicate ideas with clarity and impact.
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Apply feedback constructively to refine and evolve concepts from initial idea through final execution.
Maintain awareness of design best practices across digital, social, print, and experiential formats.
Contribute positively to team culture and bring creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving to day-to-day work.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or in-house creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides.
A multi-disciplinary portfolio showcasing design execution, conceptual thinking, and an understanding of brand systems.
Experience designing across digital, print, and environmental/experiential touchpoints.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret feedback and collaborate with senior creatives to elevate deliverables.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
