Sourceability® is a global digital distributor of electronic components transforming how modern businesses bring products to market. With innovation, quality and logistics as the backbone of the company, Sourceability’s cutting-edge products and services expedite the procurement process across a wide range of industries, including communications/cellular, consumer electronics, and auto manufacturing.

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Digital Growth Associate to become a vital part of our vibrant Business Development team, working remotely across the United States or the United Kingdom.

As a Junior Digital Growth Associate you will play a crucial role in growing Datalynq, Sourceability's data and analytics product that gives engineers and supply chain teams real-time visibility into component risk, pricing and availability. You will work directly with new and returning users, help launch MCN, the newest addition to Datalynq, and use real usage data to decide where to step in. Alongside Datalynq, Sourceability operates Sourcengine, our global components marketplace, and a full distribution business serving customers worldwide, so you will be part of a growth push with the backing of the wider business.

Our goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry.

Insight on your impact:

  • Reach out to new Datalynq sign-ups and trial users, help them get set up, and make sure they see the value of the product in their first week.
  • Reconnect with previous Datalynq users and re-activate their access with a complimentary 12-month reactivation.
  • Work through inbound trial requests and sign-ups, follow up quickly, and answer straightforward product questions.
  • Make outbound calls to companies that should know Sourceability, plus some cold outreach, to bring new users to Datalynq.
  • Track how people actually use Datalynq, spot where they drop off or get stuck, and offer support straight away.
  • Help build simple email sequences and onboarding messages that guide new users to the features that matter and bring them back.
  • Support the launch of MCN, the newest Datalynq feature: recruit early users to try it, collect their feedback, and turn it into a short list of fixes and requests.
  • Run product walkthroughs and short demo calls for interested users and prospects.
  • Keep HubSpot up to date so the wider team always knows where each lead and trial user stands.
  • Build Power BI dashboards that track sign-ups, trial-to-paid conversion and engagement, and flag anything that needs attention.
  • Work closely with leadership and the wider Sourceability team so the Datalynq growth push lines up with the rest of the business.
