About Robin

Robin is on a mission to rebuild the legal industry — starting with making contracts simple for everyone. We are a pioneer in Legal AI, built on proprietary models, licensed data, and deep partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. Since 2019, we’ve expanded our footprint to 4 continents and have been supporting many of the world’s most successful businesses, including GE, Pfizer, KPMG, and UBS.

About this role

The Junior Legal Specialist role is central to supporting Robin AI's growth by developing legal talent that understands our business and platform from the start. You will get hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for global clients across sectors, right at the heart of our legal tech model.

This is a chance to take a less traditional route in legal services and build knowledge of the tech alongside your existing legal knowledge, whether just out of school or with some experience. What sets this apart is the opportunity to contribute to and feedback on the development of the Robin platform.

We welcome passionate candidates whether looking for a first legal role after university, or with a few years of paralegal experience in law firms or in-house. We will provide full training through a bootcamp to get you drafting and reviewing core documents like NDAs to the level needed. #LI-SA1 #LI-HYBRID

What you'll do
  • Have a strong interest in learning how to draft, review and negotiate different contracts to a high standard and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Show an interest in legal technology and its place in disrupting legal services.

  • Leverage well-rounded experience from different areas, whether part-time jobs, internships or extracurricular activities.

  • Maintain high standards of written communication with clear attention to detail.

  • Be self-motivated to continuously learn and develop your skills, with support from others when needed.

  • Apply an interest in business, with a keen commercial sense and grasp of financial language.

  • Thrive in a stimulating, diverse and intellectually challenging environment that requires collaboration across disciplines.

What about my skills?

Must-have Experience:

  • Have a GPA of 3.5 or above (or equivalent) in an undergraduate degree (Law degree preferred).

Compensation at Robin AI
  • Salary: $70,000

  • Equity package: When you help build Robin AI, everyone deserves to be an owner.

The Interview Process
  • Application Screening – based on the requirements above.

  • Technical Test – a remote test that you will have three days to complete and return.

  • Technical Interview with the Legal Team.

  • Final interview with the Legal Team.
