Title:                      Junior Sales Planner

Reports To:          VP, Sales Planning  

Position Summary

Reporting to the VP, Sales Planning, this role will entail working with one assigned Account Executive and weekly reporting for the Sales Planning Department.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all accounts for their assigned Account Director from start to finish.
    • Create all cost sheets as requested by clients
    • Maintain CPM history for clients
    • Work as a liaison between your Account Director and inter office departments; Campaign Management, Exhibitor Relations, Creative Services and Finance.
    • Track campaign progress and Post-flights
    • Be a point of contact for your Account Director’s clients when needed.
  • Work with the Director, Sales Planning on tracking all Premium Inventory by week
  • Work with Sales Planners to pull final Campaign Theater Lists to ensure proper placement
  • Maintain active movie lists by flight dates.
  • Responsible for performing projects and tasks as assigned by Director, Sales Planning.

Qualifications 

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CPM’s and inventory management preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word required.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  
  • Must have ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must have the ability to deal with all levels within the organization

This position reports to our New York City headquarters in midtown Manhattan Monday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.


Salary Range: 45,000 - 50,000 USD Annually + Benefits 


The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
