As a Product Manager in Kinexys Liink, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 

Kinexys Liink is the first bank-led, scalable peer-to-peer network built to enable secure, privacy-preserving exchange of payments-related data. Through applications such as Confirm and Route Logic, Liink helps financial institutions make better payment decisions, improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock new business opportunities.
 

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

  • Develop detailed product requirements, functional specifications, API requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure successful execution of complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, data, risk, legal, compliance, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, control, and reliability standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards across payments, digital assets, blockchain, and data exchange networks.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and scalable product offerings.
  • Participate in strategic industry workshop with key customers, data providers, and ecosystem partners.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience across payments, transaction banking, fintech, financial market infrastructure, or related financial services, with a strong understanding of global payment flows, correspondent banking, payment operations, and payment data ecosystems.

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proven experience leading the development of enterprise-scale platform, network, API, or data products, with accountability across the full product lifecycle 

  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integration architectures, data platforms, and complex technology implementations in partnership with engineering teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive disciplined product execution, including roadmap management, prioritization, governance, delivery oversight, success metrics, and management of multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable business value and support commercial growth.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior executives, customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments.

     

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience building API-first products, network platforms, or B2B data products.

  • Experience with payment validation, payment routing, sanctions screening, compliance, or payment operations solutions.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT standards, and emerging payment interoperability models.
  • Prior experience launching network-based products that require ecosystem adoption and participant onboarding.
