Be part of a dynamic team at J.P. Morgan, focused on growing revenues and wallet share across Latin America. You will cover institutional and corporate clients with a cross‑asset mandate (FX, Rates, Commodities, Credit), driving e‑trading adoption, pricing engagement, and new business. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required .Your efforts will focus on growing revenues, developing meaningful client relationships, and driving new business initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
- Own a LatAm client book and pipeline: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close e‑trading opportunities to grow revenue, hit ratios, and market share.
- Expand wallet with existing accounts: drive pricing engagement, RFQ share, and algo adoption; increase stickiness through measurable performance and service.
- Target-by-target strategy with clear revenue goals, action plans, and timelines; report progress against KPIs.
- Lead client conversations and articulate value prop across FX/Rates/Commodities/Credit, position algos and liquidity, and handle objections to win flow.
- Run pricing and performance reviews. Present TCA, hit/miss, and profitability diagnostics; agree next steps on tiers, spreads, and algo strategies to improve outcomes.
- Originate and convert platform opportunities: deepen connectivity on BBG, 360T, FXall, and regional venues; drive onboarding and go‑live to revenue.
- Partner with trading, product, and tech to deliver the right pricing, algo configuration, and connectivity—keeping accountability on the sales side for timelines and client outcomes.
- Series 7 and 63 preferable.
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
- Basic knowledge of e-trading landscape, FX, Rates, Commodities & Credit markets, vendor solutions, and participants.
- Demonstrable understanding of electronic trading platforms and specific workflows across global FICC products.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter comfortable in a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity.
- Strong moral character operating with the highest level of integrity and ethics.
- Comfortable presenting in front of, and communicating JPM’s value proposition to, diverse audiences including Portfolio Managers, Traders, and the C-Suite
