Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Summary:

Step into the role of an LCUR inside Sales Specialist and become the trusted advisor that our customers rely on when they need help on Light Commercial Unitary Replacements. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as you assist customers with their various Light Commercial HVAC needs. What you will do:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Functions as inside sales representative and liaison between customers and the Commercial Sales Office

  • Develop good working relationships with new and existing customer base.  

  • Increase sales to existing accounts by working closely with assigned Account Managers in Systems, Service, Contracting and Parts.

  • Assists with customer problems and/or needs.

  • Responsible for all pricing and proposals using Salesforce, worksite.

  • Responsible for facilitating outside vendor purchasing processes

  • Responsible for project submittal packages

  • Responsible for project turnover and follow-up.

  • Attends sales meetings and reports sales activity, new account development, and upcoming itinerary.

  • Maintains records of sales, customer information, and requests by updating data in Salesforce.

  • Possesses knowledge of the product lines to create awareness and demand for products with existing and potential customers.

  • Facilitates introductions of key customer contacts to other Trane sales teams for specific opportunity development.

  • Assist Financial Services with credit applications, approvals, and collections.

  • Notifies customers of upcoming events and promotions

  • Provide backup support for inside sales and fulfillment teams.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in business and problem-solving skills (including at the consumer level)

  • Highly self-motivated, goal oriented

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Demonstrated competence in computer usage. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$47,600.00 - $96,039.99
