Scope of Role

We are seeking a Lead Consultant to drive data strategy and advanced analytics for our Enterprise clients across the sports and entertainment landscape. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and client consulting – owning the development of scalable data solutions while translating insights into actionable business strategies.

As a people leader, you will manage and develop a small team while overseeing a portfolio of high-visibility clients. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding data modeling, forecasting, and reporting initiatives that directly impact revenue generation, fan engagement, and operational decision-making.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and can confidently translate technical work into compelling client narratives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

Data Architecture (Setting Up For Success)

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics frameworks
  • Own end-to-end data workflows across cloud environments (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, AWS)
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across client solutions

Insight (Fan & Consumer Understanding)

  • Analyze fan and consumer data, including behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle insights
  • Identify trends and opportunities across the fan journey to uncover drivers of engagement and value
  • Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making

Strategy (Turning Insight into Action)

  • Translate fan data into strategies that drive ticketing revenue, fan engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Develop data-driven recommendations across CRM, marketing, and digital channels
  • Create compelling, client-ready narratives and presentations that clearly articulate strategic direction
  • Contribute to evolving best practices around fan data and KORE-enabled strategy

Impact (Client Delivery & Value Creation)

  • Serve as the primary analytics lead for Enterprise clients
  • Support end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from analysis through to implementation-ready recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on fan and consumer strategy
  • Collaborate with internal data, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, high-quality outputs
  • Manage multiple workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and drive measurable impact
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and strategic recommendations
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and insights to client stakeholders

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, CRM strategy, or a related field
  • Experience working with consumer or fan data, including segmentation, targeting, or lifecycle analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modelling
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating client-facing materials
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or fan-driven businesses is preferred

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
