Own enterprise data platform architecture, modeling, pipelines, testing, and documentation using technologies such as AWS Redshift and dbt. Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and client growth strategies. Lead executive client relationships, roadmap discussions, KPI definition, QBRs, and consulting delivery. The Manager, FP&A supports North American leadership through financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, margin analysis, and commercial decision support. Responsibilities include translating financial data into recommendations, analyzing profitability and resource utilization, improving financial systems and planning tools, automating reporting processes, and partnering cross-functionally with senior stakeholders. The role also contributes to finance process improvements and applies AI and data-led solutions to enhance reporting, forecasting, and data quality.

Manage sponsorship strategy and operations for rights-sales clients: coordinate internal teams, support go-to-market and prospecting, assist business development, shape packaging/pricing, and apply sponsorship analytics to grow commercial revenue.

Lead data strategy and advanced analytics for enterprise sports and entertainment clients. Design scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, and cloud workflows, analyze fan behavior and segmentation, translate insights into revenue-driving strategies, deliver client-facing recommendations, manage a small team, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to drive measurable impact.

Develop partnership strategies and valuations for rights holders and brands. Deliver advisory services, manage select partnerships, produce SOW-aligned projects, build Tableau dashboards, provide measurement and reporting, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
