Support end-to-end US and Canadian payroll processing with external vendors, manage payroll inbox and vendor relationships, prepare routine payroll reports, assist year-end W-2/T4 activities, administer benefits and deductions, support audits, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations and process improvements.

Lead high-profile global sponsorship sales for premium rights holders: source and qualify sponsors, secure meetings, build relationships with senior brand decision-makers, run competitive processes, negotiate and close sizeable deals across markets and time zones.

Senior leadership role owning end-to-end client relationships for North American portfolio: onboarding, retention, renewals, expansions, and team leadership. Drive cross-functional alignment, revenue growth, account health, executive business reviews, and continuous improvement of client value realization.

Support sales team to secure high-profile global sponsorship deals by prospecting sponsors, building relationships with brand and rights-holder stakeholders, using research insights to tailor materials, assisting in negotiations and presentations, and coordinating with operations and creative teams. Strong teamwork, persuasion, and event support are required.

Contract Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the KORE Intelligence Platform in North America. Deliver and execute the product marketing plan, coordinate with EMEA/APAC, launch features, produce collateral (case studies, white papers, one-pagers), run quarterly webinars, manage client communications via DotDigital, and partner with Product and Client Success teams on messaging and prioritization.

Manage a portfolio of 8-10 strategic enterprise clients across North America to ensure adoption, retention, and growth of Two Circles' platform. Own onboarding, account health, renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Solutions, Marketing, and Sales. Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, deliver business planning, and use data-driven insights to demonstrate value and reduce churn.

Lead data strategy and advanced analytics for enterprise sports and entertainment clients. Design scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, and cloud workflows, analyze fan behavior and segmentation, translate insights into revenue-driving strategies, deliver client-facing recommendations, manage a small team, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to drive measurable impact.

Develop partnership strategies and valuations for rights holders and brands. Deliver advisory services, manage select partnerships, produce SOW-aligned projects, build Tableau dashboards, provide measurement and reporting, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.

Deliver custom BI and analytics solutions for clients: gather and clean data, build dashboards, automations, data models and predictive models, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives and support implementation.
