  • Owning month-end close and year-end reporting, ensuring results are accurate and delivered on time

  • Performing analytical reviews of reported results, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership

  • Performing controlling reviews of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Researching and resolving technical accounting matters, including entries for new contracts and business assets

  • 7+ years of experience in financial controlling or accounting

  • Strong technical accounting skills, with the judgment to research and resolve complex issues independently

  • Experience with revenue recognition frameworks (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) is a strong plus, particularly for those who've worked with SaaS or subscription-based contract structures

  • A self-starter who operates effectively at both a strategic and operational level, comfortable driving leadership-level reporting one day and detailed reconciliations the next

  • CPA preferred

  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and an experienced Excel user; SAP experience strongly preferred, Workday experience a plus

  • Thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
