Job Description

Logic20/20 is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to lead and support data science teams that are utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict and analyze computer vision or customer intent models. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by leveraging AI and ML techniques to create production-level systems through application of machine learning models.  

What you’ll do:

  • Lead conceptual designs and create frameworks to predict a variety of outcomes in different scenarios 
  • Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models
  • Collaborate with other data scientists and stakeholders on projects 
  • Develop solutions in Python 
  • Develop production-grade solutions
  • Work in Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark 
  • Translate business and product questions into analytics projects 
  • Communicate clearly over written and oral channels while translating complex methodologies and analytical results into high-level insights 

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience as a machine learning (MLOps), data, and/or software engineer using Python in a production environment.
  • Experience building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models.
  • Strong experience with Azure ML and Databricks/MLflow.
  • Strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of professional enterprise software development and practices, including software lifecycle, best coding practices, version control, architecture, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, Keras, etc. 
  • Experience with GitHub.
  • Experience building data pipelines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing and deploying image models.
  • Master's degree/PhD in computer science or related field.
  • Consulting experience.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140,454 - $158,337 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
