Build and launch full-stack consumer growth products across websites, web apps, and backend systems. Own funnel areas such as waitlists, booking, payments, referrals, invites, memberships, localization, and market launches. Run measurable experiments, improve conversion, create configurable growth infrastructure, and maintain secure, resilient public surfaces using AI coding tools. Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer for Growth: someone who has built consumer products across the stack and wants to work where more growth means more lives improved. You join a pod of four to six engineers and an Engineering Pod Lead, and you take member problems from idea to production.

Growth owns how people find Neko, join it, pay for it and bring their friends: the website, waitlist, booking, payments, referrals, invites, membership tiers, B2B, localization, and the launch of every new clinic and market. More clinics and more members mean more lives improved and saved, and the faster we grow, the more lives we reach. You care about the numbers behind every screen: what converts, what compounds, and what to kill.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
  • Ship to production in your first week and own a meaningful part of the funnel within your first month: waitlist, booking, payments or invites.

  • Ship features end to end across the website, web app and backend that move a conversion rate, in every market and currency we operate in.

  • Run experiments properly: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, read, keep or kill.

  • Build growth machinery rather than one-off features: referrals, invites, membership tiers, payments and localization, so the next launch is configuration, not code.

  • Hold the quality bar with AI tools in your daily loop: fast, secure public surfaces, resilient to fraud and abuse.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience building full-stack products with real customer usage, including a funnel, payments flow or a growth loop.

  • You have shipped features end to end that moved a number, and you solve the problem regardless of the tool.

  • You know the difference between an experiment result and noise.

  • Daily use of AI coding tools, and you can show what you have shipped with them.

  • You work well with product, design, marketing, and other teams, and translate technical decisions into what they mean for members.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Launching a consumer product in a new country or market.

  • Marketing or content-driven websites: Next.js, a headless CMS, performance and SEO at scale.

  • Payments, checkout or localization across multiple currencies.

  • A regulated or trust-critical domain: healthcare, fintech or similar

Our Stack
  • Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript, Swift and Kotlin where needed, Next.js, Sanity, Vercel

  • Backend: C#, Node, Cosmos DB

  • Design: Figma

  • Tooling: Azure DevOps, Claude Code
