About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead product Manager to lead Commercial Card Supplier Enablement. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for capabilities that increase supplier acceptance and convert client payments to commercial card. This role will oversee the end-to-end supplier enablement journey, including opportunity identification, analytics, outreach, enrollment, reporting and continuous optimization.
Working across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Risk, this leader will develop scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance the client and supplier experience, expand program adoption, and drive measurable payment volume growth and revenue generation.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services.
  • Review and analyze complex major product lines and services.
  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
  • Lead projects, teams, and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management, payments, commercial card, supplier enablement, fintech, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing product strategies that drive adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of commercial card, accounts payable, supplier payments, B2B payments, or working capital solutions.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, measure outcomes, and influence product decisions.
  • Familiarity of Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and business performance analysis.
  • Familiarity using Salesforce to manage customer and supplier engagement processes, track pipeline and outreach activity, generate insights, and support product-led growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM, workflow, and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce ecosystem tools and integrations.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to deliver product enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of agile product management methodologies, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations and business cases to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of payment networks, supplier enrollment strategies, digital onboarding, and supplier conversion best practices preferred.
  • Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Direct experience with supplier enablement, supplier onboarding, supplier analytics, accounts payable optimization, or commercial card growth programs.
  • Experience designing data-driven supplier segmentation, targeting, and enrollment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, virtual card, ACH, and other B2B payment acceptance strategies.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Salt Lake City, UT, Charlotte, NC, Irving, TX, or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a week.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
