The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. Built upon IQVIA's industry-leading healthcare data assets and privacy-by-design foundation, these solutions deliver differentiated value to clients, drive business growth, and advance IQVIA Digital's leadership in the healthcare marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Define and prioritize Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements to support successful product launches.
- Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals and priorities.
- Conduct ongoing market, industry, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans and growth initiatives that drive adoption and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, project management, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support sales, business development, client engagements, and industry events as a product subject matter expert.
- Leverage user insights and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for future offerings and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Experience leading digital product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches.
- Demonstrated success managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centered design, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience defining and measuring product success metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with mobile applications, digital platforms, online communities, social networking, or engagement-focused products.
- Knowledge of healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or healthcare technology markets.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market and user growth strategies.
- Familiarity with user engagement, retention, customer lifecycle management, and analytics.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,200.00 - $278,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
