This role serves as a strategic partner responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing transformation opportunities that improve fraud and claims customer experiences, operational performance, risk management, and business outcomes. The individual will operate at the intersection of strategy, product management, customer and employee experience, business architecture, operations, risk, compliance, analytics, finance, and technology to assess emerging opportunities, define future-state capabilities, develop investment recommendations, and support enterprise transformation priorities. The role will help shape the future of fraud and claims capabilities through AI, automation, workflow modernization, and experience transformation. The individual will translate complex business challenges into future-state concepts, strategic recommendations, business cases, and investment opportunities that deliver measurable customer, operational, financial, and risk outcomes. In this role, you will: Lead strategic initiatives focused on fraud and claims transformation, capability modernization, and investment prioritization. Analyze customer journeys, employee experiences, business processes, controls, and operational performance to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities. Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitive assessments, and emerging technology evaluations to identify trends, risks, and innovation opportunities. Identify and evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and workflow modernization opportunities that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, productivity, and risk outcomes. Lead solution discovery efforts by translating business challenges into future-state capabilities, conceptual solution approaches, and strategic transformation opportunities. Develop future-state experience strategies, workflow concepts, capability roadmaps, and operating model recommendations that support business transformation objectives. Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches based on business value, customer impact, operational effectiveness, risk considerations, implementation feasibility, and expected return on investment. Develop executive-level business cases, investment recommendations, ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic assessments that support prioritization and funding decisions. Quantify operational efficiencies, productivity improvements, customer experience benefits, fraud loss avoidance, risk reduction, capacity creation, and financial impacts associated with proposed initiatives. Define success measures and expected business outcomes used to evaluate transformation effectiveness and investment value. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Architecture, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance teams to align priorities and advance strategic initiatives. Develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership. Influence decisions through data-driven insights, business cases, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thought leadership. Identify emerging risks, customer needs, industry trends, and technology opportunities that may impact future fraud and claims strategies. Lead through influence, collaboration, innovation, and strategic problem-solving. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, business transformation, management consulting, process management, change delivery, fraud strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired Qualifications: Experience working across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Analytics, and Finance organizations. Experience in fraud, claims, financial crimes, operational risk, banking operations, or customer servicing environments. Experience in business architecture, UX strategy, service design, customer journey management, or digital transformation. Experience developing current-state and future-state customer journeys, employee experiences, workflow concepts, operating models, and capability roadmaps. Experience evaluating AI, automation, analytics, workflow modernization, or emerging technology opportunities and translating them into strategic recommendations. Experience developing executive-level business cases, investment strategies, ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and transformation recommendations. Strong strategic problem-solving, analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across complex organizations.
