Overview
The Global Business Solution Center (GBSC) Tech team is looking for a Lead Solution Architect to drive our Oracle EPM architecture strategy across both on-prem and cloud implementations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical with a passion for reliability, scalability and automation.
Role• Lead Solution Architect - Oracle EPM (Cloud & On Prem)• Serve as the architectural lead for Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase) on prem.• Define and own the end to end Oracle EPM architecture, spanning finance close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and master data management.• Design and govern hybrid Oracle EPM architectures, integrating Oracle Cloud EPM with on prem Hyperion, Oracle ERP Cloud, data warehouses, and source systems.• Lead Cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including Hyperion to Oracle Cloud EPM transitions, coexistence strategies, and phased roadmaps.• Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices for Oracle EPM configurations, data models, Calc Manager/business rules, security, and performance.• Provide solution leadership for EPM data integrations, leveraging Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, ODI, and custom integration frameworks.• Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Technology leaders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM designs.• Lead design reviews, resolve complex architectural issues, and ensure solution quality, resilience, and auditability in regulated finance environments.• Mentor solution architects and technical teams, provide hands on guidance during critical design and implementation phases.• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Oracle EPM strategy, risks, cost optimization, and platform roadmap decisions.
