  • Synthesize stakeholder and SME input into clear learning requirements, content, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, including senior leaders, and proactively manage feedback, decisions, and next steps.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and an understanding of the pace, client orientation, and performance expectations of a professional services environment.
  • Partner with external learning/content providers as needed, coordinating inputs, reviews, and deliverables and ensuring resulting content meets defined business and learning requirements.

  • Develop assessments, knowledge checks, surveys, and other mechanisms to evaluate learner understanding and experience.
  • Review learner feedback, stakeholder input, and available learning data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to learning content, delivery approaches, and supporting resources based on data and feedback.
  • Capture lessons learned and reusable content or approaches that can support future learning initiatives.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development, with demonstrated experience independently owning learning deliverables and workstreams for adult learners.
