• Introduce individuals to established personal and professional development resources

• Support engagement through digital communication, phone and video conversations

• Use effective communication and relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections

• Apply learning and performance-development principles in your conversations and activities

• Participate in ongoing training across personal development, leadership, communication and professional growth

• Work with established resources, systems and frameworks

• Manage your own priorities, conversations and activities with initiative

• Continue developing your own capabilities while supporting the development of others

You don't need to have experience in every area of the role. Training, mentoring and established resources are provided.

What matters most is your ability to listen, communicate thoughtfully, connect with people and remain open to learning and growth.

• Have 10+ years of professional or business experience

• Have experience in learning, development, education, training, leadership, coaching, management, customer experience or another people-focused field

• Enjoy helping people recognize their strengths and potential

• Communicate confidently and thoughtfully

• Are interested in personal growth and continuous learning

• Are self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative

• Can work independently and manage your own priorities
