What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a full-time Legal Affairs candidate to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. Think of yourself as the detail-keeper behind the deals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to review and manage influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships - making sure contracts are accurate, organized, compliant, and protecting the interests of both our creators and our company. 

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
  • Draft and modify contract templates.
  • Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.

  • Enjoys problem solving. You don’t just flag issues - you dig in, ask questions, and help find practical solutions that keep deals moving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.
