About Eve

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how  law is practiced, this is where you belong.

Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Custom Workflow Solutions: Complete all post-sales custom workflow requests within two weeks of submission, creating scalable, objective solutions for legal drafting and analysis that drive immediate client value.
  • Drive AI Adoption and Implementation: Work directly with internal and external Eve users to scope, create, and implement customized workflows that meet specific customer needs while maintaining objectivity and avoiding unauthorized practice of law.
  • Establish Success Metrics: Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and metrics for product adoption and custom solutions. Create immediate baselines of success based on current usage trends and available data to define and measure law firm outcomes.
  • Build Scalable Systems: Develop and implement a transparent accountability system for all workflow requests, ensuring repeatable, scalable success as Eve grows. Create an internal repository of playbooks and workflows that can be deployed across customers without impropriety.
  • Inform Product Strategy: Provide critical feedback loops to product and GTM teams based on customer workflow needs, directly informing roadmap decisions and product development priorities.
  • Demonstrate Business Impact: Partner with Customer Success Managers to create world-class quarterly business review (QBR) decks featuring AI usage data, and publish routine AI value reports (EBRs) for internal stakeholders that demonstrate measurable ROI and positional value.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Create and maintain scalable, internal workflows grounded in objectivity that neutralize assumption, imprecision, and legal ethics concerns, ensuring all custom solutions meet rigorous standards before deployment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Legal Expertise: JD or 5+ years of substantive legal experience required. Deep understanding of legal workflows, practice areas, and the ethical boundaries of legal practice.
  • AI and Legal Tech Experience: Proven experience with AI implementation and/or legal technology solutions. Ability to translate technical capabilities into practical legal applications.
  • Exceptional Critical Thinking: Outstanding active listening skills combined with exceptional problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Can quickly diagnose workflow needs and design effective solutions.
  • Relentless Attention to Detail: Demonstrated commitment to precision and accuracy in creating workflows that must perform reliably in high-stakes legal environments.
  • Business Outcomes Ownership: Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business results, with accountability for customer success metrics.
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop meaningful metrics, interpret usage data, and convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual Communication: Can seamlessly translate between legal terminology and technical concepts, explaining complex AI capabilities to legal professionals and articulating legal requirements to technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Plaintiff-Side Legal Experience: Background working with plaintiff attorneys or law firms, with understanding of personal injury, mass tort, or other plaintiff practice areas.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Track record of working directly with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical Documentation Skills: Experience creating clear, comprehensive documentation, playbooks, or training materials for legal or technical audiences.
  • Process Design Experience: Success developing scalable processes, systems, or frameworks that balance customization with standardization.
  • Product-Minded Approach: Natural curiosity about how products work and how they can be improved, with ability to provide actionable feedback to product teams.
