ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on a project-by-project basis to support the company’s legal function, which may include:
- Review, draft, negotiate, and track contracts
- Review and interpret standard contractual provisions relating to insurance, indemnification, and other matters
- Monitor and track compliance with insurance requirements and other contractual obligations
- Coordinate and manage information requests from litigation counsel, including document
- Evaluate and assist in the selection of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Contract Management Systems (CMS) as part of RFP and vendor-selection processes
- Review, update, and maintain company policies, procedures, and governance documents.
- Develop and oversee records management practices
Education, Training, and Experience
- College sophomore, junior or senior, or (preferred) currently enrolled in law school
- Experience with office work preferred
- An interest in the subject matter areas described
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances required to work at an airport.
- Requires working 20-28 hours per week
