The regional alignment combines resources and services across the care continuum - from preventative medicine to diagnostics to treatment and beyond across New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut. - Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing
- 1+ years of experience in pediatrics
- Proven ability to draw blood and set up an IV
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area
