About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

About the Role

We're looking for a technically strong, operationally excellent Lifecycle Manager to own the strategy and execution of our retention program. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, technical platform ownership, and cross-functional execution - and is critical to Grow Therapy's ability to move retention metrics at scale in 2026 and beyond.

You'll work closely with the Lifecycle Lead, who sets the strategic direction, and own the program roadmap, technical buildout, and day-to-day execution from there.

What You Will Be Doing

Program Ownership

  • Own the retention program roadmap, translating strategic direction into a prioritized, sequenced plan with clear milestones

  • Drive concurrent retention initiatives across customer touch points, such as email, push, in-app, SMS, and direct mail, with minimal oversight

  • Establish and maintain a repeatable experimentation cadence tied directly to Lifecycle OKRs

  • Surface insights and communicate impact and opportunities to stakeholders clearly and proactively

Technical Execution

  • Own technical buildout and maintenance of lifecycle programs in enterprise ESP platforms - including complex journeys, API-triggered sends, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing

  • Lead significant work streams during platform migrations and infrastructure projects, including journey rebuilds and QA

  • Own HTML email builds, template management, and platform documentation

  • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks independently and with technical stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary lifecycle point of contact for Product, Growth, Creative, Data, and Eng on retention initiatives

  • Manage stakeholders, timelines, feedback loops, and launch readiness across teams

You Will Be a Good Fit If You
  • Have 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or marketing automation - with at least 2 years owning a channel or program end-to-end

  • Are deeply comfortable in enterprise lifecycle platforms - Braze or Iterable experience strongly preferred; Customer.io also relevant

  • Have navigated a platform migration or major technical transition before

  • Are operationally excellent: you build process, document everything, and don't let things fall through the cracks

  • Are technical enough to build complex journeys, understand data architecture, and work fluently with Eng - without being an engineer yourself
