2. 用户增长与渠道拓展
- 围绕本地用户增长目标,制定并执行多渠道拉新策略,提升用户注册、首单、复购等核心指标;
- 拓展并运营品牌合作、异业合作、社交媒体、线下推广、站内/站外活动等用户增长渠道,持续探索新的获客方式;
- 负责本地品牌、商户、学生组织、社区等资源拓展与合作,建立并维护长期合作关系;
- 跟踪渠道及活动数据,结合用户反馈、竞品动态和本地市场特点,持续优化增长策略。
3. 社媒、社群及站内运营
- 负责本地用户社群及社交媒体的日常运营,通过内容和活动提升用户活跃度与留存;
- 负责Push、群推等基础站内运营,配合市场活动及业务需求完成运营触达;
- 协调市场、运营、设计等团队,推动营销活动及相关政策落地。
任职要求
- 1-3年市场营销、用户增长、活动运营、品牌营销或相关经验;
- 有Integrated Marketing / 整合营销、异业合作经验者优先;
- 有完整的线上或线下活动策划及执行经验,能够独立推动活动从策划到落地及复盘;
- 有用户增长、渠道拓展经验,熟悉用户拉新、转化、留存、复购等基本指标;
- 具备较强的沟通协调、项目管理及执行能力,能够同时推进多个项目;
- 有市场敏感度和用户洞察能力,能够主动思考并提出自己的想法,同时保持开放,能够根据团队意见和实际情况灵活调整;
- 细心、有责任心、团队合作意识强,能够适应快节奏的工作环境及一定的线下执行工作;
- 能够在纽约曼哈顿、皇后区、布鲁克林区域通勤办公。
