About Carda

Carda Health is building the world's first patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform, starting with cardiac and pulmonary rehab. With only 10% of eligible patients accessing rehab, we're revolutionizing care through accessible, effective, and engaging home-based programs. Backed by top investors, we partner with leading hospitals and insurers to expand access to life-saving treatments.

We are a team of clinicians, mathematicians, entrepreneurs, and engineers who believe technology and data, when applied ethically, can transform healthcare.

Who are you?

You are a detail-oriented logistics professional, comfortable interfacing with fulfillment partners and effective at troubleshooting issues that touch operations, patients, and billing all at once. You bring strong problem-solving skills and can manage multiple open issues simultaneously, with excellent written and verbal communication, including direct patient-facing communication. You are able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What will you do?

As a Logistics Specialist, you will assist with medical device fulfillment for Carda Health's remote cardiac and pulmonary rehab device program. You will be responsible for inventory monitoring and will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving lost, damaged, billing, and delivery issues that patients or the warehouse encounter.

In a little more detail, you will be expected to:

  • Monitor inventory for cardiac and pulmonary rehab devices, ensuring adequate stock levels across all programs
  • Serve as the point of contact for patients experiencing lost items, damaged items, delivery delays, or billing issues tied to device shipments and returns
  • Investigate and resolve delivery and shipping issues in coordination with carrier partners
  • Troubleshoot fulfillment issues (delivery errors, packaging quality, inventory discrepancies) and act as the escalation point for warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate records across inventory and lost/damaged devices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Member Experience, Warehouse Operations, and other Carda teams as needed to resolve patient issues quickly

What we look for:

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations
  • Comfortable working with inventory or warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including direct patient-facing communication
  • Experience working with shipping carriers and resolving delivery/billing disputes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare or medical device logistics experience
