At Vantor, we transform data from space into mission advantage. Working alongside the U.S. Space Force and mission partners, you’ll help develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities.

As a hybrid Systems Engineer and Acquisition Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in moving advanced space-sensing capabilities from concept to mission-ready systems. You’ll develop and execute integration plans for space and ground systems, leading activities across the system-of-systems, system, segment, and element levels. You’ll test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate system performance—identifying risks early, driving urgent mitigation, and applying advanced technology solutions to solve complex mission challenges.

You’ll research emerging requirements, technologies, and threats while helping shape the policies, processes, and documentation that govern system life cycles and sustainment. Drawing on your knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment guidance, including DoDI 5000.02, you’ll collaborate with data analysts, financial managers, systems engineers, logisticians, and other cross-functional experts to ensure programs are aligned, supportable, and ready to deliver for the mission.

This role is built for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to see their work make a direct impact on national security.
