The Loyalty Marketing Manager (Brand & GTM) is responsible for bringing the Fanatics ONE brand to life through coordinated marketing launches, campaigns and member experiences. Working across Brand, CRM, Product, Commercial and Creative teams, this role translates strategy into execution by leading campaign planning, launch governance and cross-functional delivery across every customer touchpoint.

 

You will own the day-to-day planning and execution of Fanatics ONE marketing programs, ensuring every launch is delivered consistently, on time and with a unified member experience across the ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the Fanatics ONE marketing calendar, prioritizing campaigns, benefit launches and brand moments across the ecosystem.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market planning, translating business priorities into coordinated launch plans, timelines and cross-functional workbacks.
  • Develop campaign strategy and messaging, partnering with Brand and Creative to produce briefs, creative direction and channel plans.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel execution across CRM, App, Site, Lifecycle and partner teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
  • Drive launch governance, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time.
  • Build scalable marketing operations, developing GTM playbooks, processes and tools that improve planning and execution.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, using performance insights to optimize future launches and improve member engagement.

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, go-to-market strategy, or brand strategy. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing launches from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing campaign briefs, GTM plans and integrated marketing calendars.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Passion for sports, fandom and building customer-first experiences.
  • Willingness to travel for key business meetings and events.

Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
