The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking to hire a third - sixth year M&A associate with big law experience. The role involves working on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Ideal candidates should have experience leading transactions, drafting definitive agreements, and managing all aspects of a deal. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
