The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking to hire a fourth – eighth year M&A/PE associate with big law experience. The role involves working on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for private equity funds, institutional investors and strategic companies.  Ideal candidates should have experience leading transactions, drafting definitive agreements, and managing all aspects of a deal.  Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $310,000 – $435,000.
