Our Managed Services Team at Sprinklr drives product retention, adoption, and growth across a global customer base. By deeply understanding customer objectives and applying tailored solutions at scale, we ensure long-term success.

Consultant Roles We Hire For:

Our Managed Services Team commonly hires for three Consultant roles:

  • Managed Services Consultant – Core: Focuses on driving growth and success for customers within our Core platform.

  • Managed Services Consultant – CCaaS: Specializes in customer engagement and contact center solutions.

  • Managed Services Consultant – Advertising: Expands and optimizes clients' advertising strategies.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver Value – Ensure customers maximize their investment in Sprinklr.

  • Drive Adoption – Promote product usage across teams and markets.

  • Build Relationships – Establish trust with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Be a Strategic Partner – Provide guidance on business challenges and solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.

  • Translate customer needs into Sprinklr solutions.

  • Optimize configurations and manage change throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Provide training and identify areas for product improvement.

Qualifications:

Must Have (depending on role):

  • 5+ years of experience in managed services or tech consulting, specifically in advertising, CCaaS, or cloud contact centers.

  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising strategies and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, AdRoll, etc.).

  • Experience with web technologies, CRM, SaaS platforms, or digital marketing across social platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with social media management software.

  • Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.).

  • Marketing & advertising certifications.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Increased customer adoption and retention.

  • Renewals, upsells, and customer advocacy.

  • Recognition as a trusted industry advisor.

Compensation Range

$92.000 - $122.000 - $153.000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
