The summary above was generated by AI

Kroll is the leading independent provider of risk and financial advisory solutions. Across valuation, investigations, cyber, restructuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance, we help clients navigate complex, high-stakes situations.

AI is reshaping how professional services are delivered. At Kroll, AI Transformation is focused on re-architecting our core workflows, not running experiments. We embed AI into the way our professionals work to improve quality, accelerate delivery, and unlock new capabilities—while maintaining the independence, rigor, and defensibility that define our brand.

Kroll AI Transformation

The AI Transformation team partners with practice leaders across Kroll to redesign end-to-end workflows and build AI-enabled tools that our professionals use every day.

Our work spans:

  • Mapping and redesigning core service delivery processes

  • Embedding generative AI, automation, and analytics into workflows

  • Reducing cycle times and manual effort in repeatable activities

  • Standardizing data capture, knowledge reuse, and review frameworks

  • Building internal tools and assistive applications for practitioners

  • Supporting governance, risk, and control frameworks for AI usage

  • Driving change management and adoption across practices

We are outcome-driven: every initiative must tie to measurable impact on productivity, quality, risk, or revenue.

As a Manager in the AI Transformation team, you will be a forward-deployed builder and problem solver. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data/engineering teams, and senior transformation leaders to:

  • Decompose Kroll workflows into structured problems

  • Identify AI leverage points

  • Build practical prototypes and workflows

  • Turn concepts into usable tools and process changes

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable in structured analysis, workflow design, and lightweight build/prototyping.

How You Will Contribute;

1. Forward-Deployed Build & Prototyping

  • Translate prioritized workflow pain points into AI-enabled concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts

  • Build mock-ups, pilots, and workflow automations (e.g., using LLMs, orchestration tools, or low-code platforms) to demonstrate feasibility

  • Iterate with practitioners to refine solutions based on real usage and feedback

  • Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to transition prototypes into more robust solutions where appropriate

2. Engagement Support & Structured Problem Solving

  • Support AI transformation workstreams across Kroll practices (valuation, investigations, cyber, restructuring, compliance, etc.)

  • Conduct structured analyses of current workflows to identify automation and augmentation opportunities

  • Help quantify impact (time saved, error reduction, quality uplift) and build business cases

  • Develop client- and executive-ready materials, presentations, and recommendations

  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions with practice leaders and power users

3. Execution & Implementation Support

  • Contribute to transformation plans, milestones, and workstream coordination

  • Help define target-state workflows and standard operating procedures for AI-enabled processes

  • Support rollout activities: user training, documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and feedback loops

  • Track early performance and adoption metrics, and recommend refinements

Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, analytics, product/ops, or a related transformation role

  • Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven process improvement initiatives

  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Experience creating clear, executive-ready presentations and deliverables

Technical Capability

  • Practical understanding of AI technologies and their business applications (e.g., generative AI, NLP, document automation, workflow tools)

  • Experience building prototypes or mock solutions using modern AI tools, APIs, or workflow automation platforms

  • Ability to translate business requirements and pain points into logical workflows, solution designs, and configuration requirements

Preferred Background

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related technical/quantitative field preferred

  • Experience in a consulting firm, internal transformation team, or high-growth technology environment

  • Familiarity with:

    • Generative AI tools and APIs

    • Workflow orchestration / automation platforms

    • Basic scripting or no-/low-code development

What Success Looks Like

  • You help turn abstract “AI opportunities” into concrete workflows, tools, and pilots that real Kroll professionals actually use

  • You can walk a senior leader through a business case and sit with an analyst to refine prompts, workflows, or prototype UX

  • Core processes show visible improvements in speed, quality, or consistency, with clear metrics

  • Lessons learned from your projects are codified into playbooks and reusable assets for future transformations

Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through your U.S.-specific benefits, which include:

  • Healthcare Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Time Off and Leave Policies: Generous paid time off (PTO), paid company holidays, generous parental and family leave.

  • Protective Insurances: Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and accident protection.

  • Compensation and Rewards: Competitive salary structures, performance-based incentives, and merit-based compensation reviews.

  • Retirement Plans: 401(k) plans with company matching.

Please note that benefits may vary by region, department and role. We encourage you to speak with your recruiter to learn more about the specific benefits available for your position.
