Manager Analytics Business Intelligence - Remote
This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. This position is responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of: dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables. The role must effectively delegate but also remain hands-on to a limited degree to ensure close touch with content and technology.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
- 4 years Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
- 3 years Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred.
- 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies
