The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager to add to our dynamic team. As a Client Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships. This position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly wear multiple hats, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and can communicate effectively at all levels within an organization. 
Reporting directly to the Head of UCAN, you will take full ownership of the prepaid program for select TDS client(s), acting as an extension of their team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and securing channel distribution (both physical and digital) in alignment with the client’s strategy across existing markets, as well as leading new market launches. 
In this role, you will also be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing marketing initiatives in line with client requirements and pre-approved budgets. A key aspect of your work will involve analyzing and reporting on the performance of retail marketing activities, providing strategic recommendations to optimize impact and maximize ROI. 
To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and proactively. Your focus will be on ensuring the client’s best interests and commercial objectives are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the lead strategic partner for key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, developing and implementing tailored strategic plans to drive client growth and long-term success, whilst building and nurturing strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Your core responsibilities will include: 
Brand Strategy & Client Management 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the brand, ensuring strong client relationships. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the brand’s goals and market positioning. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive brand growth. 
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting performance data and future strategies.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, both online and offline. 
  •  Manage and coordinate creative approvals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the client to deliver impactful campaigns and activations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. 
  •  Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement. Retail & Distribution Management 
  •  Ensure the brand’s presence is optimized across all retail and e-commerce channels. 
  •  Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution and improve sell-through rates. 
  •  Negotiate and manage retailer partnerships, promotions, and in-store marketing programs. 
  •  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities. 
Sales & Performance Analysis 
  • Track and analyze sales data, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine pricing, promotions, and product positioning. 
  • Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations to maximize ROI. 
Operational & Project Management 
  • Maintain detailed records of brand activities, approvals, and budgets. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Independently prioritize tasks, aligning with business goals and client expectations.
Job Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience in gift cards, retail buying, or account management 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels 
  • Willingness to travel 15% of the time; approximately 4-6 times per year

Compensation Range
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $85,000 to $90,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
