The Manager of Commerce supports the execution of digital commerce and streaming strategy across the REPUBLIC Collective roster. This role serves as a key operational partner across commercial releases, DSP pitching, reporting, release management, and partner marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Pandora, and other digital service providers to help maximize artist visibility and audience growth.
How You’ll CREATE:Support day-to-day commerce initiatives across streaming, digital retail, physical product, and artist campaigns.
Maintain release schedules, DSP pitch trackers, priority release documents, and commerce reporting tools.
Coordinate release information including UPCs, ISRCs, platform IDs, metadata, delivery updates, and marketing assets.
Assist with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud and other DSP pitching processes.
Prepare weekly reports, presentations, release updates, and performance recaps for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
Track and communicate artist priorities, release changes, marketing drivers, and campaign milestones across departments.
Coordinate production and release-planning meetings, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
Support partner marketing opportunities and promotional campaigns across streaming and digital retail partners.
Monitor DSP storefronts, playlists, artist profiles, and promotional placements to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility.
Conduct store checks, competitive analysis, and platform audits across key digital partners.
Manage and maintain platform-specific promotional calendars, trackers, and operational workflows.
Compile weekly artist, release, and campaign updates for cross-functional teams.
Analyze streaming and commerce performance data and provide actionable insights.
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Audience Development, Operations, Production, and Partner Management teams to support campaign execution.
Support implementation of new commerce programs, partner opportunities, and operational initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in music, digital marketing, streaming, commerce, media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital music platforms and the streaming ecosystem.
Experience working with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, or other DSPs preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
