We’re looking for someone who sees possibilities, brings a point of view and moves ideas from concept to impact. You’re energized by a blank page, comfortable challenging familiar approaches and excited to experiment with new ways to capture attention and build connection. You can move seamlessly from advising a senior executive to shaping a town hall to producing a video or social post.
This role reports to the Director, Employee Communications and operates within a collaborative, global matrix where creativity, initiative and the ability to connect dots across the organization are essential.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Communications to…

- Create and produce across formats
Take ideas from concept through execution across written, visual, social, audio, video and live experiences, including storytelling that brings the Coach employee experience to life through Coach LinkedIn and other talent-brand channels. Bring a strong editorial point of view and an instinct for what will make employees stop, pay attention and engage.
- Lead through a global matrix
Partner with Coach and Tapestry stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure communications are globally consistent and locally relevant, while keeping work moving across a complex organization.
