  • Build and maintain onsite tests in a testing tool, including customer journeys using  HTML/CSS components.

  • Contribute to internal QA processes and experimentation standards that support a reliable and effective testing roadmap.

  • Maintain and improve documentation, experimentation records, and Airtable systems so onsite marketing work is organized and accessible.

  • Analyze test performance and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations and insights for future testing iterations.

Qualifications
  • Passion for the future of high-quality, independent journalism.

  • 2+ years experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field, ideally with exposure to experimentation, conversion, or subscription growth.

  • Ability to interpret test results, identify patterns in performance data, and recommend next steps based on findings.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments and approaching problems with curiosity, initiative, and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with subscription or paywall-based products, and ideally some familiarity with marketing tech platforms in that space such as Zephr.

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker or Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with project management best practices and documentation tools such as Airtable, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or eagerness to learn

  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working in platforms, systems, and tools that support testing, reporting, and onsite execution.

  • Resourceful and self-directed, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, learn new systems quickly, and figure things out independently.

  • Open to experimenting with new technologies and workflows, including AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Glean, to improve efficiency, analysis, and execution.
