Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Manager, Business Analytics to drive data-informed pricing and promotional strategies across our growing business. In this role, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You’ll serve as the analytical lead for our contact lens pricing frameworks, using data to uncover key retention drivers and optimize customer lifetime value. We’ll count on you to track company-wide retention metrics across categories and channels, translating complex customer data into high-impact business frameworks that drive actionable impact cross-functionally and accelerate business growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end pricing strategy for our contact lens portfolio, conducting rigorous elasticity analysis, margin modeling, and competitive benchmarking to optimize market positioning
  • Own the project management and performance analysis of promotional offers, collaborating across Marketing and Product teams to drive conversion and long-term customer retention
  • Design, build, and maintain company-wide retention reporting and Looker dashboards to track critical retention metrics across categories and channels, identify underlying trends, and deliver actionable strategic recommendations
  • Analyze complex cross-sell behaviors and order history to develop personalized promotion frameworks that increase customer lifetime value and connect key product categories
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Data Science, Merchandise Planning, and 1:1 Marketing teams to evaluate channel performance and forecast commercial impact on the P&L

Who You Are

  • Backed by 5+ years of professional experience in pricing analytics and / or business performance analysis
  • A strategic analytics manager with a proven track record of synthesizing complex retail and customer data into clear business recommendations
  • An expert in quantitative analysis with deep experience making pricing decisions, conducting pricing analytics, and applying various pricing analysis methods like price elasticity, conjoint analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • A proactive project manager and skilled communicator who excels at navigating cross-functional dependencies to bring promotional campaigns from ideation to launch
  • A collaborative, operationally minded leader who thrives when building robust, repeatable analytics processes in complex data environments

Extra Credit

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building dynamic data models and dashboards in Looker (LookML) or Tableau
  • Previous experience in a high-growth e-commerce business or a retail environment with a heavy focus on recurring revenue

For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
