Develop and architect Warby Parker’s native Android application, delivering complex features and platform improvements. Establish modern Android engineering practices, scalable architecture, testing strategies, and operational excellence through monitoring and performance optimization. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and SRE teams, influence technical direction, participate in design reviews, and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Own and optimize the roadmap for internal business systems supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory, logistics, order management, and supply chain operations. Lead feature lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize solutions, and mobilize digital product and technology teams to deliver efficient operations and improved customer experiences.

Lead development of dynamic financial models and Gross Margin reporting, partner with department leaders on budgeting and actuals, produce FP&A reporting and investor/board materials, support quarterly earnings and special cross-functional projects, and present insights to leadership.

Lead Oracle HCM technical operations across configuration, integrations, data loads, reporting, dashboards, troubleshooting, quarterly releases, and system improvements. Translate HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT requirements into scalable solutions; manage testing, deployment, documentation, and managed-service partners. Build SQL-based reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher, support audits and reconciliations, and evaluate Oracle AI capabilities.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, customer experience, and optical lab roles. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, communicate across job boards, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring strategies. The role requires proactive relationship-building, strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Execute media relations and brand storytelling across traditional and emerging outlets. Pitch and place stories, build media and stylist relationships, support events/partnerships and retail activations, coordinate local PR with store teams, manage communications assets and calendars, compile PR reports, and improve processes alongside internal and agency partners to elevate Warby Parker's brand narrative.
