Company Description

The Creator Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of the creator marketing strategy by managing relationships with creators, overseeing daily operations of campaigns led by creators, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. This position involves working closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to build and sustain strong relationships with creators, facilitate campaign execution, and assist with event activations. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and comply with the brand's global standards.

Job Description

CREATOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Manage daily interactions with creators, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment with brand objectives.

Assist the Director of Creator Marketing in identifying new talent, maintaining a strong pool of creators, and expanding the creator roster.

Act as the chief point of contact for creators, offering guidance and support throughout campaign execution.

Ensure creators are well-informed and prepared to produce content that aligns with Red Bull’s brand values and goals.

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SUPPORT

Supervise the implementation of campaigns led by creators, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the campaign objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (media, marketing, product) to ensure that creator campaigns are incorporated into the overall marketing strategy.

Monitor and report on the performance of creator campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for future campaigns.

Ensure all campaigns comply with Red Bull's global guidelines and legal standards, and work with the Director to resolve any issues.

EVENT COORDINATION & CREATOR HOSTING

Assist in planning and executing creator-hosted events, ensuring that creators are incorporated into important brand activations and events.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to identify strategic events and activations where creators can be utilized to optimize engagement.

Ensure creators receive adequate support during events, coordinate logistics, and ensure their participation aligns with brand objectives.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work collaboratively with the CRM and Operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of creator data and campaign performance.

Partner with the media insights team to collect pertinent data and metrics for informed campaign decisions and success measurement.

Liaise with internal teams to align creator campaigns and activations with overarching marketing initiatives and business objectives.

GLOBAL ALIGNMENT & BEST PRACTICES

Make certain that all creator marketing activities comply with Red Bull’s global guidelines and standards.

Exchange best practices and lessons learned with the global and regional teams to foster continuous improvement in creator marketing strategies.

Assist the Director of Creator Marketing in implementing global insights into local markets to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, particularly in campaign management.

Strong communication and relationship management skills, with an aptitude for building and sustaining positive relationships with creators.

Experience overseeing the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance monitoring.

Proficiency in CRM systems and campaign management tools, with the capability to track and report on campaign performance.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $98,164 - $147,246 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
