The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $107,360.00 to $134,200.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

The Consumer Connections & Experiences (CCE) team connects Paid, Owned, and Earned touchpoints to build seamless and impactful consumer experiences. The Manager, Digital Commerce will play a critical role in shaping and executing PRUSA’s digital commerce strategy across marketplace platforms and brand activations. This position ensures tight integration between brand planning and commerce execution, serving as the digital commerce subject matter expert to maximize performance across digital environments. Working cross‑functionally with Brand, Media, Commercial, Trade Marketing, and external partners, this role drives marketplace performance, reporting, and growth.

What you’ll do

Commerce Planning & Activation

  • Serve as the commerce subject matter expert across brand planning cycles to ensure full integration of brand initiatives, media investment, and commerce execution.

  • Embed commerce needs into briefs, creative inputs, and program development in partnership with the broader CCE team.

Marketplace Partnerships & Strategy

  • Own performance, forecasting, reporting, and growth initiatives for a set of marketplace partners.

  • Analyze marketplace and retailer performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision‑making.

  • Brief Media teams on business goals, forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and marketplace priorities, partnering closely for quarterly and annual alignment.

Performance Management & Insights

  • Lead digital commerce reporting and generate actionable insights to guide brand, media, and commercial decisions.

  • Partner with Media, Brand, and leadership teams on annual budget planning and forecasting.

  • Ensure data accuracy and governance within the eCommerce dashboard in collaboration with relevant teams.

Consumer Platforms & Innovation

  • Monitor emerging platforms, tools, and capabilities to identify new avenues for growth.

  • Share industry insights and recommendations with the CCE team to inform future programs and innovation.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • 8–10 years of experience in eCommerce, media, or marketing.

  • Demonstrated fluency in eCommerce and performance media, with experience leveraging commerce tools to drive conversion through data‑driven decisions.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and partner across a wide range of stakeholders.
