    • Guide technical decision-making across .NET-based data services, including Entity Framework and related tooling

    • Mentor and develop team members, elevating technical capabilities and promoting best practices across the data stack

    • Champion data adoption across the organization by improving accessibility, usability, and trust in analytics outputs

What We’re Looking For

    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Experience leading or mentoring data professionals, with a focus on raising team standards and output quality

    • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and business stakeholders

    • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term data vision with immediate business needs

What Will Make You Stand Out

    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform consolidation strategies

    • Advanced Power BI expertise, specifically with performance optimization in Direct Query and building complex paginated reports

    • Experience implementing lightweight, high-performance data access patterns using tools like Dapper or RepoDb

    • Familiarity with API schema and documentation tools such as NSwag or Swashbuckle for data service integration

    • Comfort working with YAML/JSON-based configuration for data pipelines or services

    • Experience scripting or automating workflows using PowerShell in a data or infrastructure context

    • A track record of improving data observability, including proactive monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis
