OVERVIEW:

The Executive Compensation Manager leads the execution and administration of the company’s global equity and executive compensation programs, from daily operations to strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The Executive Compensation Manager plays a key role in preparing materials for executive leadership and public disclosures, including proxy statements and Compensation Committee presentations. The Executive Compensation Manager partners with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. They also serve as a key resource for teammates, providing education on compensation programs. Additionally, the role includes managing an analyst who supports the administration and analysis of the equity and executive compensation programs.

  • Lead the administration of the company’s global equity compensation program, including granting awards, processing vests, and supporting the preclearance process.  Manage the relationship with the company’s stock plan provider to ensure service quality, timely deliverables, and alignment with organizational goals. Drive efforts with the HRIS team to enhance system capabilities and reporting tools, with a focus on continuously improving teammate experience and administrative efficiency. Conduct equity plan modeling and forecasting to support budgeting process and monitor share utilization. Understand local and global requirements and regulations in terms of equity compensation.

  • Support the design and execution of the executive compensation program. Conduct competitive market analysis using survey data and peer group benchmarking. Prepare sections of the company’s proxy statement, including Compensation Discussion & Analysis and tabular disclosures. Prepare executive-level materials for Compensation Committee meetings, highlighting program updates and proposed actions.

  • Provide support to teammates regarding equity and executive compensation programs and related matters.  Prepare and present educational material and communications to equity grant recipients and executives to support understanding and appreciation of compensation programs.  Act as the go-to expert for equity related inquiries from teammates, internal teams, and external partners, providing precise and comprehensive information.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and best practice in equity and executive compensation to ensure the company's programs remain competitive. Stay apprised of local and global compensation laws and regulations. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation with a focus on global equity and executive compensation

  • CEP Designation Preferred

  • SPHR Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to meet stringent deadlines

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data

  • Ability to simply and concisely convey complex ideas

  • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
